Mysuru: The Department of Studies and Research in Management, Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), Mysuru, is organising a two-day national conference on ‘Contemporary Issues in Management: Innovations, Sustainability, and Digital Transformation’ (NCIM 2027), sponsored by ICSSR-SRC, Hyderabad.The conference will be held on January 29 and 30 (Friday and Saturday) on KSOU campus, Mukthagangotri, in Mysuru, according to a press note from H Rajeshwari, chairperson of the department and organising secretary of the conference.The keynote speakers would be Alok Kumar Rai, Director, IIM Calcutta; Ram Kumar Kakani, Vice-Chancellor, RV University, Bengaluru; Sudhanva Dhananjaya, CMD, Excelsoft Technologies; and Pradeep Yuvaraj, founder, Prezantim, Coimbatore.The conference invites original research papers, empirical studies, conceptual frameworks and case studies under three major tracks: Innovation – Entrepreneurship, Start-up Ecosystems, Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations; Sustainability – Sustainable Business, Green Supply Chains, Circular Economy and ESG; and Digital Transformation – AI, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing and Digital Leadership. The last date for full paper submission is December 30, while registration closes on January 18.The abstract should be 250 to 300 words with 4-6 keywords. The full paper can be from 4,000 to 6,000 words in APA style.
