One held over Palestinian flag row

Shivamogga: Doddapet police registered a case against three persons over allegations of hoisting a Palestinian flag on a cutout erected at RML Nagar in the city and circulating a video on social media on the occasion of Eid-e-Milad.According to sources, Nihal, Umar, and Abrahar are the accused in the case, and among them, Nihal alias Katkut has been arrested.Man held for waving Palestinian flag in Eid Milad rally in Uttara KannadaA suo motu case was registered under the BNS Act on August 25 as per the complaint filed by Head Constable Sandeep.A 14-second video of the flag hoisting near Bharathi Sabha Bhavan on August 24 was circulated online.
