Dipke founded the CJP, choosing a cockroach as its unique symbol. The group actively champions youth-related causes, particularly education. Following 36 days of demonstrations at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar alongside nationwide protests against reported NEET irregularities, the movement concluded when Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan stepped down.The term “cockroach” was taken from a remark made by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant during a hearing in May, which then sparked the Gen-Z movement. CJI Kant had used the term while criticising what he described as increasing and unwarranted attacks on the judiciary and the legal system.FIR registered against Abhijeet Dipke for ‘entering govt school without permission, threatening teachers’Building on the momentum of the NEET protests, the CJP initiated the nationwide ‘School Thik Karo’ campaign earlier this month to inspect government schools.Launched on August 15 in Dipke’s hometown of Santuk Pimpri, Hingoli, Maharashtra, the movement involves leaders and volunteers assessing school conditions.Dipke also wrote to state education ministers, questioning why basic facilities like safe drinking water, working toilets, proper classrooms, and desks remain absent eight decades after independence.However, the CJP faces ongoing pushback, including physical hostility and denied school access, with Dipke and others even facing legal charges for unpermitted visits. An FIR was registered against him and party worker Ajinkya Shinde at Ausa police station.
